Chief–Editor, Zyne | Founder, ISPVA
Vivek Verma is a fine art photographer, writer, poet, and art curator whose work explores the boundaries between perception, emotion, and abstraction. An investment banking lawyer by profession, his practice exists at the intersection of logic and lyricism — where light becomes both subject and metaphor — a language of consciousness that transcends representation..
His photographic work challenges the conventional purpose of a single image. By experimenting with intentional camera movement, reorientation, and mirrored composition, he transforms reality into visual meditations that blur the line between photography and painting.
Recipient of multiple national and international honors, Vivek was the Gold Winner at the Budapest International Foto Awards (BIFA). His work has been exhibited globally, including at the PH21 Gallery (Budapest), Indra Art Gallery (London), Jehangir Art Gallery (Mumbai) and Lalit Kala Akademi (Delhi). Vivek’s work has been published in the in-flight magazine of Vistara Airlines (now Indian Airlines), national media like Deccan Chronicle and noted photography magazines and blogs.
Vivek is the Founder and Chief-Editor of Zyne — an international magazine on photography and fine arts that bridges visual culture, philosophy, and mental wellness. Through Zyne, he has curated conversations with artists, writers, and thinkers worldwide, fostering an inclusive platform for exploring the evolving psychology of image-making in the modern world. He has also established International Society of Photography and Visual Arts (ISPVA) as a global institution that nurtures creativity through juried awards, exhibitions and publications.
